Introduction: Welcome to www.testoanabolic.com. The term ‘Beautiful Body Limited’ or ‘we’ and ‘us’ refers to the owner of the website, and those who are registered in the UK under company number 07850716. The term ‘you’ and ‘your’ refers to the user of our website. 

Your access to and use of www.testoanabolic.com is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. If you continue to use this website you are agreeing to comply with the following terms and conditions and disclaimers contained within this notice, together with our Privacy Policy.

We recommend that you read these terms and conditions before ordering from our site, as they apply to all transactions through the website. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, we recommend you do not use this website.

By ordering any product from this site you are indicating your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Product Availability: Our inventory systems and manufacturing process enables us to make a customer guarantee that any order received, regardless  of product and quantity, we will always dispatched your order on the same day before the 4.30pm cut off time.

Placing an Order:

You may place an order by following the onscreen prompts – you have the option to add multiple items and/or bundles to your ‘shopping cart’. You will have the opportunity to check and correct any errors in your order up until the point you go to ‘check out’, where you will follow the instructions for delivery and payment.

We have made the ordering process to suit all www.testoanabolic.com users and you can shop online with us with added security and peace of mind. You will have the option to pay through PayPal, or by entering your card details through our Verified by Visa check out. For more Payment information please see Price & Payment Policy below.

By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:

a)     You are at least 18 years old

b)     You have confirmed with relevant authorities our products are permitted to be imported into your country; and,

c)     You have examined the ingredients and are not allergic to, or are sensitive to any of the ingredients within our products.

Price & Payment:

All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT– so the price on the website is the final price you will pay, unless you select Express Shipping options. Prices are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

a)     You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering

b)     Payments for all products can be made by PAYPAL or your credit / debit card. We accept payments with VISA, VISA DEBIT, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO and ELECTRON.

c)     Payment shall be made by you by the means you have selected on the website where we will received the full amount stated in the order.

d)     You may only use one discount code per order.

After payment is received we will send you an order acknowledgement email with your order reference and details of the products you have purchased. We advise you check all details are correct upon the opening of this email and inform us immediately if you require to make any changes. support@testoanabolic.com If you do not make correct any mistakes by email prior to your order being dispatched, please return the products in accordance with our Returns Policy below.

All orders place are subject to acceptance by us, we have the right to chose to decline your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.

UK Delivery:

We make the delivery process as simple as possible and we are able to send your goods either to your home or work place, within the UK. We cannot deliver goods within the same order to multiple addresses, if this is required place separate orders for each address. 

All orders are posted on the same day if ordered before 4.30pm. All orders will automatically receive Free Standard Delivery; unless you chose to select one of our express delivery options. Free Standard Delivery aims to deliver your goods by the next working day after posting, this includes Saturdays – the precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.

Standard Delivery service packages don’t require a signature, however we do recommend due to the varying size of the packages – If you know you’re going to be out, get your order delivered to an alternative address when you checkout – for example your workplace or a friend’s house.

Express Delivery Options:

We now offer additional delivery options for our UK customers only; Recorded Signed For™, Special Delivery™, Royal Mail Saturday Special Delivery™ or Royal Mail First Class Delivery™ – all of which are selectable at the checkout, for an additional cost.

Royal Mail Recorded Signed For™: select this option if you would like extra reassurance that your order has been delivered, with proof of posting and an electronic copy of the signature available online.  You will be emailed a tracking number which you can enter into the royal mail website to track your goods. An additional cost of – £4.75

Royal Mail Special Delivery™:  select this option if you would like guaranteed delivery of your goods the next day before 1pm – at an additional cost of £9.45. Furthermore Royal Mail Special Delivery™ items are NOT delivered on a Saturday, so in the instance of ordering Friday and requiring a Saturday delivery we would recommend you select the ‘Royal Mail Saturday Special Delivery™ which guarantees Saturday delivery for an additional cost of £14.94

If you choose ANY express delivery option’s the person who receives your parcel at the delivery address will be asked to sign for it. It doesn’t matter whether or not it’s you. If there’s nobody available, the postman may leave a card asking you to collect your parcel or arrange a redelivery. 

We are not responsible for goods that are not picked up from your local sorting office within the stipulated period. 

We will not liable or responsible for delays in delivery – however if you still haven’t received your goods after 10 days, please get in-touch and we will be happy to send out a replacement. See below for our full Replacement Policy.

Once your order has been delivered, they become your property and your responsibility – except in the relation to goods that are damaged or faulty when delivered. See below for our Returns & Refunds Policy. 

International Delivery:

We make the delivery process as simple as possible and we are able to send your goods either to your home or work place. We cannot deliver goods within the same order to multiple addresses, if this is required place separate orders for each address.

Royal Mail Second Class Standard (1-3 working days) – FREE

Royal Mail First Class Delivery (Next Day Delivery) – £3.49

Royal Mail Recorded Signed For™ (Next Day Delivery) – £4.75

Royal Mail Special Delivery™ (Next Day Guaranteed) – £9.45

Royal Mail Saturday Special Delivery™ (Saturday Guaranteed) – £14.94

Returns, Refunds & Replacements:

We believe that you will be fully satisfied with your purchase from our website, however if this is not the case, we will refund any order you are unhappy with – if you return the order within 7 days of the date shown on your order confirmation.

To receive a refund you must first notify us by sending an email to [support@testoanabolic.com] containing your order number and a short description as to why you are wanting to return your order – we will not be able to issue a refund for reasons such as personal expectations of results from the products.

Before you place an international order, you do so at your own risk. No refunds will be given in the case of your goods being in remission by your local border force. Therefore it is your responsibility to check with relevant boarder forces that the goods will be authorized for importation and delivery.

All items returned must be in the same condition as they were when delivered – contains the original contents of the original order (e.g. multiple bottle orders) all of which must be in an UNOPENED and RESALABLE condition.

In the instance of the refund being accepted we will refund any monies you have paid to us, we will refund in full into the same bank account payment was taken.

Replacements

If an order has been lost in transit, we will resend a replacement once all investigative avenues have been exhausted. All UK non delivery claims must be received within 10 days of the date shown on your order confirmation. 

We urge all international customers to be patient and please consider your order is coming from the UK. All International non delivery claims must be received within 30 days of the date shown on your order confirmation.

Cancellation: You have the right to cancel your order any time before the item has been dispatched for delivery – 4.00pm on the day you place your order, since we despatch all orders the same day at 4.30pm. In the instance of you missing this deadline you will have to return your order after delivery. Please see Returns Policy above.
